Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging.

Products that have been installed, modified, or used are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If the return is not approved, we will notify you and ship the item back.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the item, you must return the original product following the conditions outlined above and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photos or documentation of the damage to assist with your claim.

If the item is deemed defective or damaged through no fault of the customer, we will offer a replacement or refund. Defective item returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
