All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the U.S. (International shipping coming soon!).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

If your package is lost or delayed, please check with the shipping carrier first, then contact us for assistance.
