Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the U.S. (International shipping coming soon!).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

  • If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please check with the shipping carrier first, then contact us for assistance.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
